BLKBOX strength is a slow paced class compared to our Maxx conditioning class. We focus on reps, weights and proper form with corrections done by our certified trainers. Each day is a different muscle group to help give you that personalized program feel, without the personal training prices. Our strength classes are written out in 10-12 week programs by our one and only Coach Ryan. If you want to maximize your strength, gain proper gym knowledge and create a new found confidence- in and out of the gym….Then this class is perfect for you!
