Maxx Conditioning

This high intensity class is a 50 min long, high Interval, circuit training and heart pounding fun-kind of class. Each class is different because they are specially created by the coach who is leading it, therefor avoiding any repeats and keeps you on your toes. Prepare to use anything from the rowers to dumbbells, or skiergs to kettlebells… all while making new friends who are there to sweat with you. This class is not recommended for beginners or those returning to fitness after an extended break. But go at your own pace and always come ready to leave smiling!
